CHAIRMAN'S MESSAGE
When Al-Misbah Arabia began its journey in Saudi Arabia in 2014, our goal extended beyond simply executing and delivering projects. From the outset, we believed that true construction begins with trust, and that the quality of any project is not merely reflected in its structural details, but in its ability to generate lasting value after completion.
Our entry into the Egyptian market is not merely a geographical expansion, nor is our move into real estate development a separate activity. We view this step as a natural extension of what we have learned and built; a horizontal expansion from Saudi Arabia to Egypt, and a vertical evolution from construction and contracting to creating more integrated real estate destinations.
