Workers’ housing project in Jeddah

A workers’ accommodation project consisting of six buildings is being implemented to ensure structural and architectural readiness in accordance with the owner’s requirements and approved plans.

The project includes the construction of the concrete structure and buildings for the workers’ accommodation, encompassing plain and reinforced concrete work, foundations, columns, beams, ceilings, tanks, staircases, masonry work, and preliminary preparation for electromechanical systems within the structural elements. The necessary materials, equipment, and labor will be provided as per the contract documents and approved specifications.
